NASA choose 4 space pioneers

Chose Aviation and Space Agency Administration (NASA) 8 new astronauts, from among six thousand candidates have applied to join last year.
The new crew includes 4 women, among them the first fighter pilot to become an astronaut for nearly two decades and leader of the helicopter, according to the agency.

And NASA announced the new group on the eve of the thirtieth anniversary of the start of Sally Ride the first flight to space lady, who died last summer.

The new astronauts will travel in August next to the Johnson Space Center in Houston to join the forty-nine leading representing NASA crew, and the number of astronauts in the NASA program has declined since the cessation of the shuttle program vehicles in 2011.
