Start with "Google" a new project provides Internet service via helium balloons that carry a range of antennas and computers, batteries and equipment, helicopters, compressed and cut energy solar panels.
The idea is to "Google" trying to move the Internet to outer space, and re-link it to the network site ground so that the Internet service from space.
